How it Works

All microgreens are "grown to order" - grown specifically for you! Most of our varieties have a grow cycle of 7-10 days. When you place your order, we will send you a welcome email with your specific date of pick up. Note that day of pick up may vary based on chosen location.

Regardless of how your microgreens are ordered, all microgreens are delivered within 24 hours of harvest. This means you will be getting some of the freshest possible produce in the area. The shelf life is longer than what you would get at the grocery store, but most importantly they contain the most nutrients possible.

We offer a few ways to order your microgreens:

• Subscription: Most of our varieties are available for weekly delivery when you choose our subscription program. When you subscribe, you get these varieties at a discounted price and guaranteed weekly, every other week, or monthly local pick-up. 

•  One time orders: Try before you subscribe! Your order will be available one grow cycle after your order is placed.

 Once an order is placed we will send you a confirmation email to the address that you provide us at check out. This will contain the date and approximate times that you can expect your greens to be ready for pick up. If you won't be able to get your greens on the day provided let us know and we will try to work with you.

We want you to be 100% happy with our service. If your order has a problem, please reach out to us.

You can pick up at this location any time between 7:00am-2pm.  We currently deliver your order on Saturdays. Your order will be labeled, waiting for you and can be picked up at the front counter.

 If you are outside of Worcester County and are interested in placing an order, please contact us. Our local pick up orders have no minimum dollar amount.

If for any reason and wish to cancel a week of your subscription, please email info@plantmattermicrogreens.com and we will cancel the dates requested. You will not be charged.
