Smoothies are a great way to add greens. This smoothie takes 3oz (you can always add more!) microgreens, which adds SO much nutrients. This recipe makes enough for 2 smoothies with a little left over for smoothie pops for your kiddos 🥰
2oz broccoli microgreens
1oz pea shoots
1 green apple
1 celery stalk
1 banana (frozen is great, otherwise just add some ice)
1 date
1tbsp peanut butter
1.5 cups your favorite kind of plant milk
Dash of cinnamon
Blend in high-speed blender and enjoy!
